By accessing and purchasing from OPALESCENTA, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all products including dresses, shirts, sweaters, pants, tops, hoodies, blouses, and cardigans available on our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

User Obligations

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate personal and payment information
  • Be of legal age to form binding contracts
  • Not use our products for any illegal purpose
  • Not reproduce, duplicate, or resell our products without authorization

Intellectual Property

All content on OPALESCENTA, including designs, logos, product images, and descriptions, are our exclusive property. Unauthorized use of any materials may violate copyright and trademark laws.

Customers may not use our brand name or product images for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

OPALESCENTA shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Product suitability for particular purposes
  • Minor color variations in product images versus actual items
  • Delivery delays caused by third-party shipping providers

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items with original tags attached. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned items.

The following are non-refundable:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such)
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items damaged by customer after delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first attempt to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the customer and OPALESCENTA.

If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall take place in Singapore and be conducted in English.

Customers agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against OPALESCENTA.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
